SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ORDER DISPATCH

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
  • In case of any delays, we will notify you via email or phone regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
  • The email will include a tracking URL and AWB number, allowing you to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY (India)

  • Metro Cities: Delivery within 2-3 days from dispatch.
  • Non-Metro Cities: Delivery within 5-7 days from dispatch.
  • Unforeseen circumstances or operational issues may cause occasional delays. Please track your order using the details provided.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • FREE DELIVERY on orders above ₹899.
  • Orders below ₹899 will incur a ₹80 shipping charge.
  • No additional COD charges.
